The original clubhouse, which served the local villa community for over ten years, needed a refresh to cater to the evolving lifestyles of its residents. HATCH Architects stepped in to revive the building, aiming to restore the harmony between nature and order. The project was a collaborative endeavor, with ONE HOUSE DESIGN handling the Ff&E design and Jiangsu Zhuyuan Build Design Co., Ltd. managing the LDI. The client, Tian An China Investments Company Limited, sought a redesign that would enhance the clubhouse's appeal and functionality.
